These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Polymarket Weather website at polymarketweather.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Polymarket Weather provides information, analysis, and software tooling related to weather-linked prediction markets. The Service includes a marketing website, blog content, and early-access sign-up for WeatherCaster — an automated trading system for Polymarket daily temperature markets. The Service does not itself execute trades, hold funds, or operate as a financial institution.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Prediction-market trading carries a material risk of capital loss. Past performance of any strategy, wallet, or system described on this site does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

3. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Service for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy content from the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where prediction-market trading is prohibited.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any proprietary algorithms or model logic.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting early access.
• Use the Service in connection with any illegal activity.

4. Intellectual Property

The WeatherCaster name, logo, design system, and all original content published on this site are the property of Polymarket Weather and its contributors. Blog posts and documentation are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence unless otherwise noted. You may reproduce them with attribution. The underlying software is licensed MIT where source is made available.

5. Early Access and Wait List

Submitting a request-access form does not guarantee access to WeatherCaster or any related software. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request at our discretion without providing a reason. Any access credentials issued are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked for violation of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service references or links to third-party platforms including Polymarket, Kalshi, ECMWF, NOAA, Open-Meteo, and others. We have no control over those platforms and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or terms of use. Links do not constitute endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Forecast accuracy claims are based on historical back-testing and do not guarantee equivalent live-market performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polymarket Weather and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
